NUYU Lifestyle COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
NuYu Lifestyle has combined a 7 level Unilevel Compensation Structure with 3 generations of Infinity Bonuses. The Unilevel Structure is very simple to understand; as an Independent Consultant, or IC (see Independent Consultant) each person you personally bring into your NUYU business will be placed on your first level, lets call them "Level 1 Consultants". Each person your Level 1 Consultants enroll will fall on your second level, these would be "Level 2 Consultants" and each person they enroll will fall on their 1st level, your 3rd level. This process will continue to repeat at every level. The great thing about a Unilevel Compensation Plan is each IC can personally sponsor as many other ICs as they would like, allowing them virtually an unlimited number of ICs on their 1st level; this allows you to build a large and strong team within your 7 levels. To give you an idea of how quickly your organization might grow, here's an example of what could happen. If you personally sponsored 5 ICs on your first level, and each of those 5 ICs personally sponsored 5 ICs on their first level, you would have 25 ICs on you 2nd level, and if those 25 sponsored 5 on their first level, you'd have 125 ICs on your 3rd level a total of 155 ICs in your organization. Imagine the retail sales that 155 ICs could create, and you'd earn an override on each and every sale! As you reach higher leadership levels in NuYu, you will have the ability to earn not only through 7 levels, but a percentage on each and every sale generated throughout your entire organization (see diagram below).
QUALIFYING FOR COMMISSIONS
Unlike other home-based businesses you may have seen, NuYu program was designed to give you the tremendous earning potential you want without all the negative aspects that make it difficult for you to achieve a level of success. There are a few things you will need to understand in order to be qualified to earn commission overrides on the sales made in by your organization.
There are 3 steps to qualify you to earn commissions:
Step 1 - Simply register to become an NuYu Independent Consultant by enrolling and pay the required Consultant fee.
Step 2 - Activate your Business Center by personally selling or purchasing one of two NuYu Beauty Pack. Once activated, you will begin to accumulate sales volume generated within your organization.
Step 3 - Qualify your Business Center by maintaining a Personal Volume requirement of $60 in Consultant Product Wholesale. You can do this by maintaining customer volume each month or by enrolling in the NuYu Autoship program . This will assure you always met your Personal Volume requirement, PV. The NuYu Autoship program gives you 4 options to choose from. (See Autoship)

It's that easy! Once qualified, you'll receive credit for every sale generated throughout your entire organization.
GETTING STARTED
Getting started in your NuYu business is easy. First the only required fee to be a NuYu Consultant is a $50 Consultant fee. There is no purchase of product necessary; however NuYu only pays commissions on the sale of products. If you're like most people you will want to have some product on hand to share, sell and use.
This Includes: 11 Collagen Masks, 1 Milk Cleanser, 1 Diamond Exfoliate & 1 Regenerating Moisturizer for $249.72 and the $50.00 Consultant Fee = $299.72
EARNING COMMISSIONS
Once you are an Independent Consultant, there are several ways to earn:
Direct Retail Sales Commissions.
Referral Bonuses.
Residual Team Override Commissions.
3 Generations of Infinity Bonuses.
$1,000/$1,500 monthly car bonuses.
$3,000 monthly house bonuses.
DIRECT RETAIL SALES COMMISSIONS
As a NuYu IC you have the ability to earn 35% from all of your personal retail sales. NuYu has established a Suggested Retail Price for each of our products. As an active NuYu IC your purchase the products from us at 35% less than the Suggested Retail Prices, giving you a 35% profit on all your retail sales.
REFERRAL BONUSES
Earn $100 Fast Start Direct Sales Commission for every NuYu Beauty Pack you personally sell. The NuYu Beauty Pack is made up of 11 NuYu Collagen Masks; 1 NuYu Diamond Exfoliator, 1 NuYu Milk Cleanser & 1 NuYu Regenerating Moisturizer. The NuYu BeautyPack gives each IC a sampling of the NuYu products to either use for themselves or sale to their retail customers. NuYu Fast Start Commissions are paid weekly. Commissions earned on each NuYu Beauty Pack you personally sell between 12:00am Saturday and Friday at 11:59pm PST will be paid on the following Friday.
TEAM OVERRIDE COMMISSIONS
With NuYu Team Bonuses, you have the opportunity to build a team of Independent Consultants and earn an on going residual income from the NuYu products that they sell. Team Bonuses are calculated monthly and paid on the 15th of the following month. Here's how it works: as a Qualified IC, you earn a 15% Commission Override on all 1st level sales you personally generate whether they are to an IC or to a retail customer. Depending on your rank, you will earn a 5% Commission Override on every sale made by the ICs on your 2nd & 3rd level IC's. You will earn a 6% Commission Override on all sales made by ICs on your 4th level, a 7% Commission Override on all sales made by ICs on your 5th level, an 8% Commission Override on all sales made by ICs on your 6th level and a 10% Commission Override on all sales made by ICs on your 7th level (see diagram below).

LEADERSHIP BONUS POOL
NUYU sets aside 1% of the Commissionable Volume (CV) from every sale made during a calendar month and places it in a Leadership Bonus Pool. Here's how you share in the pool: you must be a qualified Blue Diamond Executive and at the end of each calendar month the total pool will be divided between all the qualified Blue Diamond's. Note: The Leadership Bonus Pool will start accumulating bonuses from the very first sale and will be paid in full to all the qualifying Blue Diamond's the first month they qualify. For example, if you are the first IC to qualify at the Blue Diamond level and the only one in that month, you would receive the entire Bonus Pool. Starting the 1st day of the following month, the pool would start from $0.00 again and start accumulating volume based on the product sale for that month. At the end of the month the total volume is divided between the Blue Diamond's. The bonus pools are paid with the NuYu Residual Commission's on the 15th of the following month.
INFINITY BONUS
Infinity Bonuses are earned starting at the Blue Diamond level and pay 2% of the CV for every sale throughout a Blue Diamond's organization. NuYu has 3 generations of Infinity Bonus:
1st Generation Bonus: Once an IC qualifies as a Blue Diamond, they will receive 2% of the CV on their entire organization thru infinity until someone in their organization reaches the Blue Diamond level.
2nd Generation Bonus: Once an Blue Diamond helps someone in their organization reach the Blue Diamond level, that new Blue Diamond, called Blue Diamond #2, will start to receive the 1st generation Infinity Bonus on their own organization, leaving the upline Blue Diamond to start receiving the 2nd Generation 2% Infinity Bonus override on Blue Diamond #2's organization. The upline Blue Diamond will still receive the 1st generation infinity bonus on the rest of their organization.
3rd Generation 2% Infinity Bonus: When another IC under Blue Diamond #2 promotes to the Blue Diamond level, they will receive the 1st generation bonus. Blue Diamond #2 will receive the 2nd generation bonus on the Blue Diamond #3's organization and the upline Blue Diamond will start receiving the 3rd generation bonus only on Blue Diamond #3's organization. He will still earn 2nd generation bonus on Blue Diamond's other organization and 1st generation bonus on the rest of his organization. Once a 4th Blue Diamond promotes down that same line, the upline Blue Diamond will lose the Infinity bonus on the Blue Diamond #4's group only.
Now that you've seen the marketing plan, let me ask you a question – What would an additional $500 a month do for you? Pay off some bills, buy a new car, payoff your home? Well it gets much better than that.
CAR AND HOUSE PROGRAM
NUYU is dedicated to improving the lifestyle of its IC's. NuYu will reward qualified IC's with up to $1,500 in car bonuses when you reach and maintain higher leadership levels, and a $3,000 house bonus when you reach and maintain the Blue Diamond level. (See rules for details.)
ACHIEVING HIGHER LEADERSHIP LEVELS
In the NuYu compensation plan, you have the ability to achieve higher leadership levels as you build your team. Each level entitles you to earn larger commissions in the compensation plan. In order to become successful in NuYu, you must help others achieve higher levels of success. Below are the Rank Levels and the qualification to achieve each level:
NuYu Consultant:
To Qualify: You must register to be a Consultant and pay the $50.00 Independent Consultant Fee. Activate you Business Center by personally selling or purchasing a NuYu Beauty Pack. Finally, you must maintain your PV requirement in additive sales through our monthly Autoship Program.
Commissions: As a qualified Consultant, you'll earn a 15% commission on your personally sponsored ICs and on your 1st level retail customers.
NuYu Manager:
To Qualify: You must maintain your PV requirement through Autoship, personally enroll at least 2 ICs and maintain a total Business Volume (BV) of at least $400 a month.
Commissions: As a qualified Manager, you'll earn a 15% commission on your personally sponsored ICs and retail customers on your 1st level as well as a 5% override on all ICs on your 2nd and 3rd levels.
NuYu Executive Manager:
To Qualify: You must maintain your PV requirement through Autoship. Personally enroll at least 2 qualified Managers and 1 qualified ICs and maintain a total BV of at least $2,500 a month.
Commissions: As a qualified MD, you'll earn a 15% commission on your personally sponsored ICs and retail customers on your 1st level, as well as a 5% override on all ICs on your 2nd, 3rd and a 6% override on your 4th levels.
NuYu Sapphire Executive:
To Qualify: You must maintain your PV requirement through Autoship. Personally enroll at least 3 qualified Executive Managers and 2 qualified Consultants and maintain a Total BV of at least $7,500 a month.
Commissions: As a qualified Sapphire, you'll earn a 15% commission on your personally sponsored ICs and retail customers on your 1st level, as well as a 5% override on all ICs on your 2nd, 3rd, 6% override on your 4th levels and a 7% override on your 5th level.
NuYu Diamond Executive:
To Qualify: You must maintain your PV requirement through Autoship. Personally enroll at least 3 qualified Sapphires and 2 qualified Executive Managers and maintain a Total BV of at least $30,000 a month.
Commissions: As a qualified Diamond, you'll earn a 15% commission on your personally sponsored ICs and retail customers on your 1st level, as well as a 5% override on all ICs on your 2nd, 3rd, 6% override on your 4th levels, 7% override on your 5th level and an 8% override on your 6th level. In Addition you'll receive up to a $1,000 Car Bonus.
Blue Diamond Executive:
To Qualify: You must maintain your PV requirement through Autoship. In addition, promote 3 Diamonds and 2 Sapphires and maintain a total BV of at least $175,000 a month.
Commissions: As a qualified Blue Diamond, you'll earn a 15% commission on your personally sponsored ICs and retail customers on your 1st level, as well as a 5% override on all ICs on your 2nd, 3rd, 6% override on your 4th levels, 7% override on your 5th level, 8% override on your 6th level and a10% override on your 7th level. In addition, you will receive up to $1,500 a month in Car Bonus and up to $3,000 a month in House Bonus plus a 2% Infinity Bonus on your entire organization and participate in a share of the Leadership Bonus Pool.
Definition of Terms and Rules:
NuYu Autoship: In order to remain active each NuYu IC must maintain a monthly order. In order to assure that each IC stay's active NuYu has setup an Autoship program where each month on the IC's monthly anniversary date NuYu will ship the Consultant their desired Autoship. NuYu recognized that one Autoship program may not satisfy all of their Consultants needs. As time goes on you might have more than enough Collagen Masks, but be running low on some of the other fantastic NuYu products. So each month we will allow you to change you Autoship to a different product group.
Autoship 1 Includes: 5 Collagen Masks, four to use and 1 to sale or use as a sample for only $64.95. Autoship 1 is the default Autoship, so if a Consultant does not select a different option 24 hours prior to their monthly anniversary date NuYu will send them Autoship 1.
Autoship 2 Includes: 1 Diamond Exfoliate & 1 Regenerator Moisturizer for only $65.57.
Autoship 3 Includes: 3 Collagen Masks & 1 Milk Cleaners for only $60.87.
Autoship 4 Includes: 1 Diamond Exfoliate, 1 Regenerator Moisturizer & 1 Milk Cleanser for only $80.21
Calculating Commissionable Volume, (CV) and Commission Payouts: NuYu pays commissions based on the CV of the product not the gross sale. This is pretty much the industry standard for calculating commissions. This is done for a couple of reasons, First, to keep the compensation plan simple and understandable. Secondly, so a company can add future products and calculate the commissions through the same commission model without having to have several % payouts for each product. Imagine trying to explain your compensation plan to a new person if you were paid differently on 4 or 5 different products. When a company bases the commission payout on a CV they can pay a set % on each level because that % is based on the CV not the profit margin of the product. Here's how it typically works: You take the gross sale of the product and subtract the Cost of Goods, (COG). The COG will include the hard cost of the product such as, boxes, bottles and any other costs associated with getting the product ready for market. The figure that is left is the Gross Profit, (GP), before commissions. This number is than multiplied by the commission % the company plans on paying in the compensation plan, most companies pay somewhere between 40% & 50% . At NuYu we calculate a 65% commission payout to the field, which is considered by many experts to be the highest commission payout a company can pay and still stay in business. This mean NuYu keeps 35% for running the company
Retail Sale: Consultants may purchase product directly from NuYu at Consultant cost and resell the products to their customers at retail prices. Your retail profit will be the difference between your Consultant cost and the retail cost.
Business Center: The position in the marketing structure. Each Consultant has a Business Center that we track commissions through.
Activate: Activate your Business Center by personally selling or purchasing a NuYu Beauty Pack. Once activated, you begin to accumulate sales volume generated within your organization.
Qualified: The state in which you are eligible to earn commissions; when an Active Consultant maintains their Personal Volume Requirement.
Personal Volume, (PV): The minimum monthly required sale to remain eligible to receive commissions.
Qualified Sale: Enrolling and maintaining the NuYu Autoship.
Inactive: A Consultant becomes Inactive when they or their personal customers stop paying their monthly Autoship fees. In the event a Consultant's Business Centers become inactive, they will continue to accumulate sales volume on sales generated in their organization for 4 weeks. After the 4th week, all new sales volume will be lost. If a Consultant remains inactive for 24 consecutive weeks, they will be terminated as a Consultant and considered an inactive customer.
Annual Renewal Fee: $50.00 a year from the Consultants Annual enrollment date.
Car Bonus: At the Diamond Executive Leadership Level, you qualify for the Car Bonus. NuYu will reimburse you each month for the actual cost of your Car Payment up to $1,000 per month.
At the Blue Diamond Executive Leadership Level, you qualify for the Car Bonus. NuYu will reimburse you each month for the actual cost of your Car Payment up to $1,500 per month.
Requirements:
Must maintain the Diamond Executive Leadership Level.
Must be willing to provide a picture of you with the car along with your personal bio.
Because NuYu will recognize your accomplishment on the corporate website, vehicle must be in new condition.
House Bonus: At the Blue Diamond Executive Leadership Level, you qualify for the NuYu House Bonus. NuYu will reimburse you each month for the actual cost of your House or rental payment up to $3,000 per month.
Requirements:
Must maintain the Blue Diamond Executive Leadership Level.
Must be willing to provide a picture of you with your home along with your personal bio.
The payment can be used towards your house payment, a second home, vacation home, lease to own or rental.
Must show proof you are on title.
Charge-backs: A chargeback occurs when someone requests a refund for the NuYu products after commissions have been paid on the sale of the product. NuYu will debit the commission amount from the Consultant's next check.
